Helix were appointed by Hollybrook to deliver a 48 unit residential block with an existing planning consent. The scheme required revised planning applications to amend the balconies and external materials in parallel to providing the detail design package. Above the first floor transfer slab the building is a stuctural, prefabricated concrete and cladding planel system. Bathrooms, service cupboards and balconies were also off-site prefabricated elements.
