Helix were appointed to reconfigure the existing retail to create new lets, with a new entrance serving first and basement off of Old Court Place. The detailed and elegant facade of the existing historic building above has been previously let down by poor and mismatched retail frontages. Creating unity and consistency in design, with a close awareness of the surrounding context (adjacent and above), the new design will complement the building as a whole, whilst attracting customers for the variety of retail tenants trading over three floors.
