Our client purchased the site with planning consent and instructed Helix to commence the re-design of this under appreciated and inefficient building in the heart of Kensington, London.
Helix took this project forward from planning consent through to completion. The project consisted of a knock down and rebuild on the existing footprint incorporating a 3m deep basement excavation.
A tight urban site, with multiple party walls and CTMP restrictions. Helix were appointed as architects, contract administrators and principle designers to deliver this simple yet elegant building. The project was completed on time and on budget.
